An itinerary of 16 days to see the best of China.

The land cost is $2470.00 per person, double occupancy,
land only (it begins in Beijing and ends in Shanghai).
The international airfare will be around $1000.00 plus taxes and is
subject to availibility.

Itinerary

Day 1: San Francisco/Beijing

Take flight to Beijing.

Day 2: Arrive Beijing

Upon arrival in Beijing, meet the local guide and transfer to Capital
Hotel or similar.

Day 3: Beijing (B L SD)

Full day tour to Great Wall and Ming Tombs. Peking Roast Duck dinner.

Day 4: Beijing (B L)

Full day tour to Tian'anmen Square, Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven.

Day 5: Beijing (B L)

Morning Hutong tour, afternoon to Summer Palace.

Day 6: Beijing-Xian (B L SD)

Morning flight to Xian. Upon arrival in Xian, meet the local guide and
transfer to Jianguo hotel or similar. Afternoon tour to Old City Wall
and Bell Tower. Tang Dynasty dinner Show.

Day 7: Xian (B L)

Morning to Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum, afternoon to Banpo and Shanxi Museum.

Day 8: Xian-Guilin (B)

Morning free. Afternoon transfer to airport for flight to Guilin. Upon
arrival, meet the local guide and trasnfer to Guilin Park hotel or
similar.

Day 9: Guilin-Yangshuo (B L)

Li River Cruise. Afternoon Yangshuo City Tour. Overnight at Yangshuo
Paradise hotel.

Day 10: Yangshu-Guilin (B L)

Back to Guilin. Tour to Reed Flute Cave, Fubo Hill and Elephant Trunk Hill.

Day 11: Guilin-Shanghai (B L)

Transfer to airport for Flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, meet the
local guide and transfer to Central hotel or similar. And then Tour to
Nanjing Road and Bund.

Day 12: Shanghai (B L)

Yu Garden, Jade Buddhist Temple and Old Shanghai Bazaar.

Day 13: Shanghai-Suzhou-Shanghai (B L)

Tour to Suzhou. Sightseeing include Garden of Humble Administration,
Liu Garden and Silk Factory. Evening back to Shanghai.

Day 14: Shanghai-Hangzhou (B L)

Tour to Hangzhou. Sightseeing include Liuyin Temple and Tea
Plantation. Stay over night at Haihua Hotel or similar.

Day 15: Hangzhou-Shanghai (B L)

Moring tour to West Lake and Huagang Guanyu. Evening back to Shanghai.
Stay overnight at Central hotel or similar.

Day 16: Shanghai/San Francisco (B)

Transfer to Airport for your flight San Francisco.
