Iguassu Falls
The name Iguassu means "big water" in Tupi-Gurani (a native language), and designates one of the greatest waterfalls in the world. They are 275 distinct falls that plunge from varying heights over a two-and-a-half miles crest. Iguaçu Falls is the largest in the world in water volume.
Salvador da Bahia
Bahia as it is often called, is the center of the Afro-Brazilian culture and is one of the most intriguing and colorful cities in Brazil. Founded in 1549 by Portuguese noblemen and soldiers of fortune.
Fortaleza
Fortaleza is a city of a thousand enchantments, founded in 1826. Rich in History and in natural beauty, it has monuments to delight its visitors. Fortaleza provides a modern and varied hotel infrastructure for either the most sophisticated or the most simple of guests. Manaus
Manaus is located in the heart of Amazon, 1500 miles up the Amazon River. Its History is as exotic as its location. Founded in 1669, Manaus has a colorful History with its high point during the late 19th century rubber boom. The fabulous wealth of this period led to the construction of the legendary Opera House, where the most famous singers of the era held concerts.
Recife
Year-round warm, tropical weather, beautiful beaches and a History dating back to the earliest colonization of Brazil, including a 25-year occupation by the Dutch, as they tried to wrest control of Brazil and its lucrative sugar production from the Portuguese, make Recife an excellent choice for a trip on your vacations.
